MOTO E "OUT OF STOCK" 48 HOURS AFTER LAUNCHING

There was much hype in the market about Moto E releasing soon. Motorola seems to be on a fly especially after making huge profits from Moto G and Moto X. Flipkart has again bagged the rights for Moto E, as it did for Moto G and X. Flipkart is doing a smart commendable job here.

I, too logged on Flipkart to get a view of the specs that Motorola is offering at this decent budget range. For seven grand bucks it has packed a whole lot of things, most importantly a good processor and the latest Android (4.4, KitKat). The value for money of these phones is worth considering and is definitely better than Samsung's smartphones at this range. It also allows a decent resolution to watch.

Motorola placed a huge advertisement at the backpage of The Telegraph (Calcutta edition) yesterday, and I decided to check this out. The link I just mentioned is going to take you to the official page of Moto E at Flipkart. Here's what I got at the landing:

Yes, you read that right, and it does mention "Out of Stock". But wait, didn't it launch just 48 hours before?

The reception has been amazing. Various positive reviews flowed in from all sides. People, to my astonishment, had ordered this marvel at 12:01 AM. Thanks to Flipkart's efficient delivery system, they got it that same day. Now, all the stocks have been wiped out. A friend of mine had checked the same page yesterday, and said that there were already twenty-two (22) positive product reviews that had poured in.

That was amazing enthusiasm from buyers. Motorola has established it's foundation firmly in the Indian smartphone market now and there's no way that Flipkart will lose it's selling rights. For me this has been a great reception by the customers and Motorola, though a long-trusted brand will have to wipe the dust of its back and put up a competition against market toppers Samsung, LG, and Apple.
